Winrix Client Service Agreement
By submitting this form, you ("Client") agree to engage Winrix for the services selected above under the following terms:
1. Services. Winrix will provide the selected services as described in your campaign brief. Scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep all shared data, strategies, and lead information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
3. Data Use. Client authorizes Winrix to use provided data (lead lists, contact information, campaign materials) solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
4. Communication. Client agrees to respond to outreach within 2 business days to ensure timely campaign launch and execution.
5. Accuracy. Client certifies that all information provided in this form is accurate and up-to-date. Winrix is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information.
6. Limitation of Liability. Winrix's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes.
7. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Winrix's principal place of business.
